When you visit one of our stores, you have the chance to win a bunch of prizes, ranging from pretty awesome to REALLY awesome! Each of our stores is giving away $12,500 worth of cash and prizes.
EIGHT Grand Prizes of $5,000 cash
EIGHT Secondary Prizes of $2,500 cash
EIGHT Tertiary Prizes of $1,000 cash
EIGHT times $4,000 worth of other prizes including, but not limited to: gift cards, vehicle detailing, winter tire sets with tire storage, oil changes, and accessories).

OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS
No purchase necessary. One entry per person. Must be 18+. Must be a resident of Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba.
Eligibility:
The Capital’s $100K Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Capital Automotive Group and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Entry Period:
The Contest begins January 1st, 2024 and ends April 13th, 2024.
Prize Details:
All prizes are awarded as is, and winners acknowledge and agree that prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash. Winners may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer their prize to any other person or entity. The prizes must be accepted in the form awarded, and no substitutions or cash equivalents will be provided. By accepting a prize, winners agree to abide by these conditions and release Capital Automotive Group from any and all liability associated with the prizes or their use.
EIGHT Grand Prizes: $5,000 cash each

Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.
The Grand Prize draw will take place April 27th 2024.
100 finalists for the grand prize event draw.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Notification of Winners:
Winners will be notified via the contact information provided on their entry ballot.
If a winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days of the initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Claim:
Winners must claim their prize in person at a Capital Automotive Group location.
Proper identification (photo ID) is required for prize claim.
General Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Capital Automotive Group, which are final and binding.
Capital Automotive Group reserves the right to disqualify any entry for reasons such as fraud or tampering.
Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternative is available.
Publicity Release:
Winners agree to allow Capital Automotive Group to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Governing Law:
– This Contest is governed by the laws of the province in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

These communications may include promotional offers, updates, and information about upcoming events.
