Just bought a truck from Jas at Capital Ford Lincoln in Winnipeg. As I live a 22 hour drive away Jas did a FaceTime walk around for me going over the condition and features of the vehicle. From the start to finish Jas made the car buying experience a pleasant one. She followed up on all of my questions and always got back to me right away ……. even on her days off.
When the deal was done she passed me off to Sam in finance department. Sam was also great to deal with addressing my concerns and looking after the paperwork and wire transfer information.
All in all a great buying experience from Jas and Sam.

I had a great experience at Capital Ford Lincoln in Winnipeg. The customer service was very good and everyone was friendly and helpful. When I left my car there, they offered me a taxi to go back to my work. Later, when my vehicle was ready, they also offered a taxi to pick me up and go get my car. Everything was very easy and comfortable. I really recommend this place.

I recently bought a Ford Escape from Capitol Ford, and it was an amazing experience! Ihor (salesperson) listened to all our needs and greeted us warmly.

The Sales Manager also greeted us kindly and even offered toy cars to my daughters, which made them so happy!
