A huge thanks to SHAKEEL 🙂 We stopped in for an engine oil change while driving cross-country from Nova Scotia to Edmonton. Katie at the Winnipeg Lincoln dealership is absolutely wonderful. She always greets us with the warmest smile and provides consistently excellent service. As I’ve said many times before, she’s one of the main reasons my family and I continue to choose Lincoln. We truly trust her with our vehicle for both maintenance and repairs.
Last week, after getting my f150 back from service, it was found to have the same issue for which I brought it in with. I left a review that reflected my dissatisfaction. I was surprised to have the service manager Kevin call offering to try to make it right. I brought it back in and Chris in service diagnosed and fixed it. It renewed my faith in an industry that doesn't always get things perfect, to Capital's credit , they have a couple of managers, who do want to elevate the customer experience. This time, I rescind my previous 1star for a well deserved 5 star. I will be a future customer. Thanks Kevin, Chris, Rebecca
If you are looking for a new Ford these are the guys. I’ve bought many new vehicles in my life and this was hands down the best experience. Shout out to Ihor, fantastic sales rep, totally straightforward no pressure no games. Their sister franchise in Regina had the exact Ranger I was looking for and he got it delivered to Winnipeg in no time. Ask for this guy when you come in. Justine was a total pro in finance, very knowledgeable, again- no pressure, no pushing. I brought my daughter with me on delivery day and we were treated like Kings! Throughout my experience with them, she has been professional and accommodating. In November 19, I was involved in a collision with a deer. All the body shops in Winnipeg informed me that it would take three to six months to repair my vehicle. However, her team completed the repair in six weeks.
When MPI decided to provide me with only 30 days of rental vehicle, Kianna stepped in and provided me with a loaner. Unfortunately, I hit another deer with that loaner vehicle, which resulted in a coolant leak a week later.
When I was stranded in Morris, Manitoba, with the loaner vehicle and temperatures dropping to -33°C, her team rescued me. They drove my Maverick from Winnipeg to Morris so I could continue my journey to Altona Hospital, where I was scheduled to work as a travel nurse.
I highly recommend Lincoln Ford and come see Kianna Torrejos and her team when you need a body shop or whatever!
