This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased at Capital Ford and I cannot see myself going anywhere else to buy my next vehicle in a few years from now. Man, I just picked up my new Ford F-150 Lariat from Capital Ford, and honestly, the whole experience was killer. Big shoutout to Ihor, my salesperson—the guy was awesome and genuinely helpful, and his sales manager definitely had his back in making sure the deal worked out great.
Then I moved over to finance with Sam Sharma, and he was a total pro. Seriously, he took the time to answer every single question I threw at him before signing anything, which I really appreciated. The best part about these guys? Zero pressure. I mean zero. They didn't push me into buying extra warranties or try to sneak in weird charges like nitrogen for the tires. It felt honest.
Even the parts department was on point—Darvin hooked me up with some cool free goodies when I was checking out.

I found a car at Capital Ford that was the make, model, and one of the years that I was willing to buy. This 2015 Mazda CX5 GT, although it was 10 years old, only had approximately 64,000 km on it and it was in as good a condition as it could have been. The salesperson, Ihor, was so very helpful and just a pleasure to deal with so much so that I consider buying this car the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Although I didn’t get to quite the price that I wanted to pay(who does, right?), Ihor was so nice that I didn’t mind paying the agreed upon price. There was a crack in the inner trunk door panel, some minor imperfections but I expected worse from a 10 year old car. Ihor promptly took care of every concern that I had with the car. He waited for me after his work hours to allow me to take the car to my mechanic the next day for an inspection. Once all of the paperwork was completed, he went above and beyond the call of duty once again to find me the 2nd set of keys that was missing. Granted, it took some time( 45 days! 😁) but I wasn’t in dire need of them anyway. The day after I was going to call about them, Ihor sends me a text, tells me they found the extra set of keys, and that I can pick them up anytime. He had offered to drop them off at my place in the mailbox at first but I felt more comfortable to pick them up myself. If you decide to buy a car from Capital Ford, you will not find a better person to help you with it than Ihor. Thank you, Capital Ford. And a very big thank you, Ihor!

Incredible experience in purchasing a vehicle. Dylan Luciow was very helpful from the first greeting to the test drives and to the final negotiation. I am very pleased with my decision and can hardly wait to pick it up this Friday.

Just bought a truck from Jas at Capital Ford Lincoln in Winnipeg. As I live a 22 hour drive away Jas did a FaceTime walk around for me going over the condition and features of the vehicle. From the start to finish Jas made the car buying experience a pleasant one. She followed up on all of my questions and always got back to me right away ……. even on her days off.
When the deal was done she passed me off to Sam in finance department. Sam was also great to deal with addressing my concerns and looking after the paperwork and wire transfer information.
All in all a great buying experience from Jas and Sam.
