It started out with a disaster in their service department however Captal did its best to rectify it.
The savings was worth the 16hr drive one way from Ontario, they offered more on my trade-in and sold me a F-250 Platinum for the same price Ontario was selling F-250 Lariats.

I have no qualms about recommending our salesperson, Sarthi, on this review. He worked his butt off to find us a Maverick that would fit our need. He gets 5/5 stars! The financing was awful. Extra charges showed up that weren’t explained and we weren’t able to negotiate a reduced rate. He was also supposed to give us a conditional sales form so we could arrange insurance prior to picking up our vehicle. He did not get us that form. I give him 2/5 stars! Overall, we are pleased with the truck and are looking forward to taking it camping ...

This was the best vehicle experience I've had buying a truck. No nonsense. No games. Just great service and friendly staff.
