Fantastic car buying experience! Thanks to Riley for exceptional patience with my spouse, and making a deal that made it worth coming down to the dealership (also thanks for leaving your brother's bday party to meet with us after hours!). And then letting Braiden, the Lincoln manager take over and answer every single question for our first Lincoln purchase. I don't think my spouse was ever left speechless after a car negotiation before, but he had nothing left to ask for! We really appreciated the level of service we got this week at Capital. Great experience getting my 2026 Bronco Badlands here! I have to say, for a factory order, the turnaround was much quicker than I expected. Most importantly, five stars to the Sales Manager Braiden. He offered a fair deal and was professional and easy to work with. Even after the sale was completed, he quickly and fairly resolved a small issue without any hassle. Also, thanks for my sales Ihor for being helpful through purchasing process. Another two things that stood out at Capital Ford are a better tire warranty coverage, and the flexibility on the factory-order deposit. I bought a 2025 Bronco from a different Ford dealer last June, so I had a direct comparison. The other dealer only covered the tires/rims and required four grand for the factory order, while Capital Ford includes both tires/rims and key coverage at a 20% better price, and a offered a deposite range between one to two grand, whatever I was comfortable to choose with. So, thanks again to Braiden and the Capital Ford team for the great purchasing experience.
