I have also ordered a brand new 2027 Maverick hybrid truck which I’m hoping will give me the same excellent experience I have had with my last 2 Ford Escape hybrids.

I initially booked my appointment online but later realized it conflicted with another commitment in Winnipeg, so I had to reschedule. Three weeks later, I returned to test drive the truck I had chosen, a brand-new Ford Maverick and everything went smoothly from there. I’m very happy with my new truck! From the moment I arrived, Josiah had the vehicle ready for the test drive, and took the time to walk me through its features. He was attentive to my needs, answered all my questions clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Josiah went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and confident in my decision, even following up afterward to confirm my satisfaction. The service I received at Capital Ford Lincoln Sales Winnipeg Inc. was excellent; they addressed all my needs, inspected the car, and provided a report on the inspection results along with a repair cost estimate. Everything we decided to have repaired was handled perfectly, and I am very satisfied with the quick turnaround time at the shop—everything was excellent.

Capital Ford Lincoln has a pleasant atmosphere that is inviting and free from the pressure usually associated with car dealerships. Service is fast (I have never had to wait in line) and the indoor drive-through is great in the winter or in the rain. I actually look forward to going there for service. It's also great to be right next door to Polo Park so I can get my shopping done while my car is being repaired.

Fantastic car buying experience! Thanks to Riley for exceptional patience with my spouse, and making a deal that made it worth coming down to the dealership (also thanks for leaving your brother's bday party to meet with us after hours!). The best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Dylan was patient, thorough and very welcoming even before I stepped foot in the door. John the sales manager was so fun and honest. They both made the shopping and test drive so comfortable. Justine in financing? Superb. Again very thorough and explained everything clearly and very respectfully.
